YCA – Yacht Crew Agency brings matching candidates and yacht owners together. But an owner of a yacht or sailing boat often need further advice: hence, we provide the required consulting services. Covering all aspects of yachting or sailing industry.

The founder and head of YCA, holds a Yachtmaster Ocean (and the German equivalent: the Sporthochsee-schifferschein) for more than twenty years. He is is an experienced captain on the Atlantic, the Caribbean and the Mediterranean Sea. Overall, YCA is the result of more than 25 years active in the yachting and sailing industry.
